Cancellation/Refund Policy
At Oskdi Imports Inc, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our products. Each item is carefully curated to reflect the rich diversity of cultures. However, due to the unique nature of our products and the effort put into sourcing and/or creating them, we regret to inform you that we do not accept refunds or exchanges, except in the case of damaged or defective items.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate the return process, please provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our customer service team will review your claim and provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item to us. Once we receive the damaged or defective item, we will inspect it to verify the issue. If deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within [number of days] days.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of misuse, alteration, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
Cancellations:
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
